Cancellation Policy Hartford CFA Society Attendance and Payment PolicyThe following policies will be in effect unless otherwise specified by material published for a specific Hartford CFA Society sponsored event. Only pre-registered members and guests will be guaranteed admission to Hartford CFA Society sponsored events. There are no automatic refunds for non-attendance at Hartford CFA Society events. Payments for Hartford CFA Society sponsored events should be made in advance to the Hartford CFA Society Treasurer or designated Hartford CFA Society Officer. For certain events, payments may be accepted at the door. Receipts will be available for all payments by request. Corporate invoicing in advance of scheduled events will be available for groups and corporate sponsorships. Other invoicing is at the discretion of the Hartford CFA Society Treasurer. For events requiring pre-registration, you will be liable for all fees unless you provide at least 24 hour notification of cancellation prior to the event. The Hartford CFA Society Treasurer may waive fees based on extenuating circumstances. Hartford CFA Society sponsored CFA Review Courses, Refunds may be issued (less a 10% cancellation fee) prior to the first scheduled class session. No refunds will be issued after the start of the first class session.. Registrants who have not paid or made payment arrangements with the Hartford CFA Society Treasurer prior to the first class session may be denied admission to classes. In the event classes are cancelled by the Hartford CFA Society, prorated refunds will be available. |
